Return and Refund Policy
- The Return and Refund policy is valid till 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Only damaged and defected products are eligible for return. (Verification to be done via Email)
- Kindly refer to the size guide before buying any product from this website, Return and Refund won’t be available for any size issues.
- We will initiate the refund in 7-10 working days after receiving the products at our warehouse.
Return Process: For Returns, Please drop us an email on:- orignalmonkey92@gmail.com with image/video proofs of the damage or defect in the products for verification. Once approved, we shall inform you at the earliest via Email.
You are solely responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: Satish (Orignal Monkey), C-264 3rd Floor, Sector 10, Noida, UP 201301.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
