Your Orders
Orignalmonkey has full rights to Cancel/Reschedule orders without confirming with a customer or blocks him/her from our delivery list. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for more than Rs. 1000 the address verification is done prior to the the delivery of goods.
Your Payments
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction. If the a ccount of the Cardholder has exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our payment partner and or acquiring bank from time to time.
Promotional Offer
For availing Rs. 50 off on first 10 orders in 10 dayes form registration date (for a unique address, not use many customers for a same address) If any user done that we block or reverse the promotional amount. minimum order amount must be more than or equal to 500rs including delivery charges.
Copyright
Website Content is our property and is protected by copyright laws. The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product. All Website Content that is not our property is used with permission.
Trademarks
Certain graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of our company or our affiliated companies. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used for any commercial or other purposes without our prior written consent.
Complaints
We honor the intellectual property rights of others. Gift Box:-
- This Policy becomes applicable when a customer refers Orignalmonkey to another customer and the new customer login using the referral code of existing customer.
- The validity of Gift Box amount will be only limited to active customers, once User is deactivated he/she will not be able to use the benefit.
- If user hasn’t been placed any order for 50 days, He/she will be treated as deactivated and all his Gift box amount will be reset to zero.
- This e-wallet will be recharged only through referee order or using voucher code issued by Team.
- This wallet cannot be recharged using any mode of online or offline payment.
- Gift box products can’t be purchased separately and will be delivered only with the placed order.
- The user can avail gift items as per their order amount, Minimum eligibility to avail gifts is Rs.500 (per Order).
Gift Box:-

- New users can’t avail the additional discount of 2% on smart baskets right away, for availing additional discount on your smart basket products user has to create his/her smart basket 24 Hrs. prior, to avail discounts from next orders.
- The user has to first order a standard or express delivery before availing the benefits of Smart basket.
- Additional 2% Discount is only applicable to Weekly & Monthly Basket, there is no 2% additional discount on Daily Basket.
- The daily basket will be delivered on daily basis and is subjected to money available in orignalmonkey e-wallet and the delivery cycle will stop in case the wallet runs out of money.
- Weekly & Monthly Basket Products will be delivered on a Weekly basis. After confirming with the customer. If, order not confirmed then basket will be postponed and services will be resumed only after contacting Orignalmonkey customer services.
- If a consumer is adding new products to their existing smart-basket, he/she will not be able to avail the additional discount right away, they have to wait for 24 hours to process their basket and avail additional discount.
- Minimum order value for Daily Basket Products with Free Delivery (Singal order delivery free in a day) is Rs100 & For Weekly & Monthly Baskets minimum order is Rs. 500. with Free Delivery.
- Return Policy – Time Limits:
- Perishable goods: At the time of delivery.
2. Other goods : Within 7 days from the delivery date.
